Social Work Bio-Psycho-Social-Cultural Assessment...................................................... $125/hr.

Holistic assessment is a crucial function of social work practice that helps to better contextualize client experiences and needs. If you are feeling unclear about treatment goals, are looking for referrals to medical/social/therapeutic services, want to provide a thorough history to a physician or care provider and/or just want to try a new way of understanding your situation, this service could be right for you. Clients will be provided with an assessment report that includes service recommendations such as referrals to psychiatrists, psychologists, local social and health services, etc., if appropriate. External referrals indicated in the report are completed at no extra charge should you desire to proceed. 

Social workers in Ontario are not permitted to complete psychological diagnostics nor prescribe medications. If required, we will refer to an appropriate clinician (e.g. medical doctors, psychiatrists, and/or psychologists). 

Standard Clinical Hour......................................................$125/hr.

Most of our therapeutic services are provided on a secure virtual platform, Noustalk. The standard clinical hour is 50-minutes of direct client-social worker intervention, and 10-minutes of documentation. 

Walk and Talk Clinical Hour......................................................$150/hr.

We are pleased to announce we are now offering 'Walk and Talk' interventions in the great outdoors. This is a great option for those feeling a little nervous about seeking services like these by including some light physical exercise and a non-clinical environment, usually using a public outdoor space such as a walking path or on select private properties provided by the client. The clinical hour is 50-minutes of direct client-social worker intervention and 10-minutes of documentation completed off-site.

In-Home Clinical Hour......................................................$150/hr. + travel rates

Services can be provided in your home in a private, quiet space for those who feel more comfortable in their own element. The clinical hour is 50-minutes of direct client-social worker intervention and 10-minutes of documentation completed off-site.
